Many people know I love thift stores and solar lights. Put them together and I can create some great things for my yard. Do you have an old chandelier you don't know what to do with? I picked up a few from thrift stores, Facebook Marketplace, and Nextdoor.com, and I'm turning them into solar chandeliers.

This last mushroom is a stemmed glass dish upside down for the base. I placed E6000 onto the base and then an upside down bowl onto that.
This is a vase filled with water to make it more sturdy - you could add dollar tree rocks if you like - and E6000 taper candle holder upside down onto the base to create another mushroom.

I put my yard stake out in my yard, and simply hung the watering can on it. Stake is 3 feet & the watering can is 8 inches.
I made a variety of these glass flowers just in time for spring.

I added 3 solar lights from the Dollar Tree between the bottles. The lights on the right and left are stuck into the ground. The one in the middle I wanted a little higher so I removed the stake and put it in a clear mini bottle.  After looking at this for a period of time I ended up adding crystal beads to the front to look like it was pouring.

Place the skewer in a broken solar light stake, place somewhere outside, and fill with bird seed.
Silicone a vintage cup and plate together and let that dry. Put bird seed on the plate, water in the cup, and set it somewhere outside.

Do you like wind chimes and wonder how to make them? I had . Using a flower basket from the dollar store, some utensils from my husband's grandma and my grandma, I was able to create Dollar Tree Wind Chimes.

Option 4 - Wash a rock, let dry, and then use a paint pen or sharpie to write what you are growing. Once this is dry, spray with an acrylic sealer to protect it.
