1 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in to 1 inch pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz. Bag frozen mixed vegetables
½ c sour cream
1 Tbsp flour
1 ½ c. reduced fat bisquick baking mix
½ c milk
HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS
Mix cream of chicken soup, chicken, and frozen vegetables in crock pot.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours until chicken is tender.
Mix in sour cream and flour.
Cover and heat on high for 20 minutes.
Mix baking mix and milk in separate bowl.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls on top of crock pot chicken mixture.
Cover and cook on high for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
