Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in to 1 inch pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 16 oz. Bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • ½ c sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 ½ c. reduced fat bisquick baking mix
  • ½ c milk

Instructions

  • Mix cream of chicken soup, chicken, and frozen vegetables in
    crock pot. 
  • Cook on low for 4-5 hours until chicken is tender. 
  • Mix in sour cream and flour. Cover and heat on high for 20 minutes. 
  • Mix baking mix and milk in separate bowl. 
  • Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls on top of crock pot chicken mixture. 
  • Cover and cook on high for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
