  • Dill Pickles or pickle juice
  • Cumin
  • Avocado

For this recipe we will start with some canned tuna.  Open the can of tuna and drain it completely.  This is easy to do if you leave the lid on so that you can press down and get it fully drained.

Just a side note, if you have pets the tuna juice will be a welcome addition to their regular food.

For this batch, I’ve added some chopped pickles, a little bit of Dijon mustard, and some pickle juice. I also added some salt, pepper and turmeric
