THESE ARE THE INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED
- 1 Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Soup Mix (Mad Dash Mixes)
- 15 oz. can organic tomato sauce
- 15 oz. can organic black beans
- 15 oz. can organic corn
- 1 cup water
- 4 cups fat free milk
- Simple Truth Rotisserie Chicken (no hormones, antibiotics)
- 1 cup organic shredded cheese
- Organic tortilla chips
Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Soup Video
HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients except the cheese and tortilla chips in a slow cooker.
Stir until mixed.
Cook on low setting for 8 hours.
To serve, place soup in a bowl, top with shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
My whole family loved this soup and it was gone in a day!
