- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 Tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Sliced olives

How do you assemble 7 layer dip?
Here are the instructions
- Mix the black beans and the taco seasoning together
- Place the beans on the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish
- Add the layers in the following order –
- 1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Sliced olives

- Refrigerate until ready to serve
- Serve with tortilla chips
