1 can black beans rinsed and drained 1 Tablespoon taco seasoning 1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt 1 cup salsa 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 cup shredded cheese Sliced olives

  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 Tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Sliced olives

Wonderful 7 Layer Dip Recipe video

Mix the black beans and the taco seasoning together Place the beans on the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish Add the layers in the following order -  1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt 1 cup salsa 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 cup shredded cheese Sliced olives Refrigerate until ready to serve Serve with tortilla chips

How do you assemble 7 layer dip?

Here are the instructions

  • Mix the black beans and the taco seasoning together
  • Place the beans on the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish
  • Add the layers in the following order –
    • 1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
    • 1 cup salsa
    • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1 cup shredded cheese
    • Sliced olives
