What 3 ingredients do you need for this bread?
HERE ARE THE INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED
- A box of cake mix of your choice
- 1 1/2 cups Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of a mix in of your choice, and I’ll be using cranberries

Here are the instructions to make 3 ingredient bread
- Mix all the 3 ingredients together and place them in a greased bread pan or square baking dish.

- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes

Let cool and serve.

Other ingredient options include:
- Change up the cake mix to chocolate, spice, lemon, sprinkle, strawberry, etc.
- Add in options include chocolate chips, berries, nuts, etc.
- Use a flavored Greek yogurt
- Add eggs, a little orange juice, wheat germ, etc for some added nutrition or flavor.

Not always easy to get fresh cranberries, could dried cranberries be substituted and should they be soaked first? Also if I add an egg and a bit of orange juice as you suggested, wouldn’t the batter be too thin and runny?
I wouldn’t add several things in recipe. You could add dried cranberries and maybe an egg
or died cranberries and 2 T. of orange juice. Don’t use too many add in’s or don’t use a half of a
cup of orange juice.

You could absolutely use dried cranberries, and I don’t think there is a need to soak them first. If you opted to add the egg, I would only add 1, and just a splash of orange juice so it wouldn’t get to runny.
Sounds good. However, at no point did you give the amount of cranberries.
