Here are the instructions for Roasted Garbanzo beans
Open one can of garbanzo beans and place in a strainer. Rinse the chickpeas with water to remove all of the preservative liquid. Let them sit for a little bit to make sure all the water has drained out.
Place the chickpeas in a bowl. Mix in 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Place your chickpeas into your air fryer basket and shake the basket to evenly distribute them. Set the temperature to 400 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
If you don’t have an air fryer, place your garbanzo beans on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Pull out and let cool completely.
If you baked them in the oven, you may need to bake longer to get to your desired crunchiness.
These air fried chickpeas are a delicious high protein and fiber snack.
