Vegan Wings Instructions
Wash your cauliflower head and break the cauliflower florets apart into wing size sections, and place it into a large bowl.

Add Frank’s Red Hot Sauce or a vegan buffalo sauce of your choice. We like our wings spicy so I used 1/3 cup. You can adjust this to your style and taste.

Stir and toss all of the ingredients until all of the cauliflower is coated.

Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and bake the cauliflower for approximately 10 to 20 minutes.
You can adjust this recipe and cook it in your air fryer.
Deep frying is an option with vegetable oil, we like to bake or grill ours for a healthier option.
You could cook this in microwave ovens but it wouldn’t be as crisp.

Pull out of the oven and let the cauliflower cool slightly, then serve.

We like to eat it with vegan blue cheese dressing and you could also use vegan ranch dressing. I also love to serve a side of celery sticks with it. This will help cool your mouth down and it refreshing while eating the spicy cauliflower wings. These cauliflower bites make delicious vegan wings!
You could always make regular chicken wings for the meat eaters or ask them to bring their own.
