I placed graham crackers on the bottom of a square baking pan.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 small Graham Cracker Rectangles
  • 8 oz. Organic, plain non-fat Greek Yogurt.
  • Mad Dash Mixes No Bake Key Lime Cheesecake Mix
  • 1 tub Cool Whip whip cream

No Bake Key Lime Cheesecake INSTRUCTIONS

I placed graham crackers on the bottom of a square baking pan.

You could use a pre-made graham cracker crust or you could use graham cracker crumbs and press them down.

I just use the quick method as the moisture of the other ingredients will soften the graham crackers for cutting and serving.

8 oz. Organic, plain non-fat Greek Yogurt.   Mad Dash Mixes No Bake Key Lime Cheesecake Mix 1  tub Cool Whip

I mixed together the following ingredients and place mixture on top of graham crackers in the square baking pan.

  • 8 oz. Organic, plain non-fat Greek Yogurt.
  • Mad Dash Mixes No Bake Key Lime Cheesecake Mix
  • 1 tub Cool Whip

*The Recipe originally called for 8 oz. full-fat cream cheese and I decided to use Greek yogurt instead.

Mixing these ingredients was easy, and it lead to a softer less form holding texture.

I used my emulsion mixer to help me break up the cream cheese when make this cheesecake with the cream-cheese mixture.

You can eat immediately if you like. I placed mine in the refrigerator to allow those graham crackers to soak up the moisture.

Consider adding lime zest or key lime juice to the cheesecake filling for added citrus flavor. 

My family loved this easy no bake key lime cheesecake.
