Zero Sugar Pumpkin Spice Flavored Liquid Coffee Creamer Ingredients
- Half and Half
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
This flavored coffee creamer is created to the flavors I love and it is easily adaptable to your flavor profile. You can add more or less pumpkin. You can use canned pumpkin or fresh pumpkin. The vanilla flavor is completely optional, so remove it or feel free to add more or less. If you don’t have cinnamon sticks you can use pumpkin pie seasoning for just the right amount of pumpkin spice flavor, or eliminate that part all together if you like.

Place the half and half, pumpkin, and vanilla in a small slow cooker. Stir until smooth, and add a cinnamon stick. Cook on low for an hour or two. Make sure it doesn’t get too hot or come to a boil or the half and half will break.
You could alternatively place this in a saucepan, and stir over medium heat.
Strain the mixture when removing it from the slow cooker.
Pour in an easy pouring container for storage in the refrigerator. Now you can enjoy the flavorful deliciousness of fall’s goodness anytime!
What is pumpkin spice creamer made of?
I like to use half and half, pumpkin, cinnamon, and vanilla in my creamer. You can adjust the amount of pumpkin. You can use pumpkin spice seasoning instead of the cinnamon stick of you like and the vanilla is completely optional.
Can you make a non-dairy pumpkin spice creamer?
You can get the same rich flavor with a non dairy coffee creamer by making a substitute for the half and half. Place a can of coconut milk in the fridge until the cream separates from the milk. Skim off the cream and mix it with an equal part of almond milk or the dairy free milk of your choice. Add the pumpkin and spices as in the original recipe and you have a delicious dairy free creamer for espresso or coffee.
What Creamer goes with pumpkin spice coffee?
You can use pumpkin spice creamer, plain creamer, or vanilla creamer. These all go well with pumpkin spice coffee.
