I love pumpkin spice and today I’m sharing an easy and healthy sugar free pumpkin spice creamer with you. I wanted to try and make my creamer with all-natural ingredients, remove chemicals, unknown ingredients, and remove the sugar.
Here are the Ingredients
- Half and Half
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
This recipe is created to the flavors I love and it is easily adaptable to your flavor profile. You can add more or less pumpkin. You can use canned pumpkins or fresh pumpkins. The vanilla flavor is completely optional, so remove it or feel free to add more or less. If you don’t have cinnamon sticks you can use pumpkin pie seasoning, or eliminate that part all together if you like.
Here are the instructions
Place the half and half, pumpkin, and vanilla in a small slow cooker. Whisk until smooth, and add a cinnamon stick. Cook on low for an hour or two. Make sure it doesn’t get too hot or the half and half will break.
Strain the mixture when removing it from the slow cooker.
Pour in a container and store in the refrigerator.
