Directions for your Ghost Craft
I found this vase at the dollar tree and I knew it would be perfect for this project because it has a ghost shape. I washed it and removed the tag.

I poured Pledge Floor Care Cleaner into the vase. You can also use liquid hairspray for the same effect. For a more permanent solution, you can use Mod Podge.

I spun the vase around until the Pledge had coated the entire inside of the vase and dumped out the excess.

I poured in some white glitter.

I spun the vase around until the entire vase was coated with glitter and I dumped out the excess.

Using a black permanent marker I drew 2 eyes for my ghost. You can have great fun creating different faces for your ghost using buttons, paint, or adhesive black felt that you can cut in any shape using a pair of scissors.

I placed a battery-operated LED light in him for added glow. I love how he turned out.

I think your ghost is cute! I was thinking, could this work on something that was two-tiered? I w as thinking about a snowman. A round ornament or small bowl for a head, and a jar or bottle for a body. I’m not sure how you’d light it, though, and that’s the best part of the effect…? What do you think?
Thank you Nicole and I have done a snowman with this technique. You can find it here – https://chascrazycreations.com/upcycled-vases-to-glittery-snowman/
How fun! Thanks for sharing on Farm Fresh Tuesdays!
Thank you so much Lisa
