When I was little, we went to several weddings that had these beautiful rose-shaped mints that I just couldn’t eat enough of. I recently found a recipe for these mints, and I know putting them in a mold can be a tedious task. I decided to use my electric cookie press and make Christmas mints. You can use any disk you want for any season to create cream cheese mints for weddings, baby showers, holidays, birthdays, and more!

No oven is required which means this is a no bake treat. Try a sweet treat that is different from the usual peppermint bark that uses white chocolate.

You can use a countertop mixer or hand held electric mixer as well.

Change up the flavor and use lemon instead for a tangy melt in your mouth treat.  You can change up the colors of the treats using green and red food coloring for Christmas.  Maybe yell for summertime.  How about adding a little vanilla extract to them as well?

There are many ways to make these unique for any holiday or occasion you have!
