Carrot chip instructions
Place your carrots in a bowl.
I added 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
I used approximately 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper, and you could season it to your liking instead.
Stir until everything is coated evenly.
I placed the carrots into my air fryer basket. You could alternatively place them on a baking sheet in a single layer in the oven.
Bake the carrot chips at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
Let them cool slightly and serve. My whole family ate all of them up in a single setting. I would say that is a win, don’t you?

Great as a snack or even a side dish to go along with a sandwich or burger. I made carrot chips, but you could change up the shape and make carrot fries instead. You could alternatively do this with other vegetables like potatoes, cauliflower, etc., or change up the oil and use coconut oil if you prefer. My kids ate up this delicious side dish, they taste great.
