How to use spaghetti squash
- Make spaghetti squash lasagna by layering the squash (in place of pasta) with your favorite marinara sauce or alfredo sauce. Add mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese or the cheese of your choice.
- Make spaghetti squash casserole and add any other vegetables of your choice. You could also add chicken or ground beef. Flavor with salt, pepper, garlic or your favorite seasoning.
I love the taste of spaghetti squash. I love to place it on a baking sheet (or in a baking dish with a little water in the bottom), drizzle it with a little olive oil or melt butter, and sprinkle it with a little seasoning. Once it’s done baking, I like to use a fork to pull out the flesh and it creates the little strands.
