Instructions for a non toy kid gift
1. Paint the flower pot
I painted my 4.24 inch flower pot with Folk Art Home Decor Chalk Paint in the color Java. I painted on one coat, let it dry, and then painted on a second coat.
2. Create your antlers
I folded a piece of adhesive felt in half and drew on an antler. I folded it so I’d be able to cut two of the same exact antlers from the felt.
I cut the antlers out of the felt and set them aside.
3. Glue on the face
I hot glued on 2 google eyes and a red button nose for my Rudolph.
4. Add the Antlers
I peeled back a small amount of the back of the felt and stuck the felt to the inside of the flower pot.
5. Fill the flower pot
After your flower pot is ready, you can fill it with any non toy items you like. I have a list of ideas that might help you.
