Ranch Cauliflower Bites Easy, and Wonderful Recipe for Any Occasion
Do you need an easy vegetable for a meal? Try this easy and wonderful ranch cauliflower bites recipe. It is perfect as a side dish, appetizer, main dish, or just as a snack. This is one of my family’s favorite recipes.

Ingredients for Ranch Cauliflower
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 ranch seasoning packet
- 1/4 cup avocado oil (or olive oil if you prefer)

Directions for ranch cauliflower
Wash your cauliflower, and pull it apart or slice it into bite-size cauliflower florets. Place it in a large bowl.
Mix 1/4 cup avocado oil and one packet ranch mix together in a dish.
Pour the ranch mixture onto the cauliflower and toss until the cauliflower is coated.
Place the coated cauliflower onto a baking sheet. You can line the baking pan with foil or parchment paper if you like.
Bake the cauliflower at 400 degrees for approximately 20-30 minutes until it is golden brown.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve. You get that zingy ranch flavor – without the calories!
