What do you need to make a penguin and snowman?

  • Baking sheet
  • Pizza pan
  • Cake pan
  • Pie Pan

I let all of those dry completely before moving on.

White the paint was drying I cut out yellow foam feet, an orange foam beak, and a chest from white felt.  I hot glued all of those into place and added some google eyes.

I added a hat, and hot glued on a snowflake.  I wrapped a little rubber band around the top so that I could create a ball on top of the hat.

I place the 3 pans as shown in the picture.  I hot glued on some buttons onto the body.  To make the face I hot glued on google eyes, a foam carrot nose, and paracord for a mouth.

How to make the snowman craft

I found a board at the dollar store, and I added hot glue to it.

I placed the pans onto the hot glue.  This will allow the snowman to stand up or be hung up.

I added a hat, again using the rubber band to create a ball, and hot glued on a snowflake to his head.  I added a scarf to his neck.

They're ready for display, and you can set them up in your home, or on your front porch.  You can also hang them on a door as a decoration.

    Chas you are just too clever for words. How is the snowman supported to stay up? somehow I’m not getting it. I love them both.

  2. These two are so cute! I love that they are perfect decor for all winter long, not just holiday decorations. These would be the only snowmen and penguins we can see in central Florida!
