Salmon Asian Cabbage Salad Ingredients:

Ingredients Needed:

  • Small purpled cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Apples
  • Edamame
  • Peanuts
  • White vinegar
  • Lime juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Ginger
  • Sesame Oil
  • 1 pouch wild caught salmon

Salmon Asian Cabbage Salad Video

Cut up the cabbage, carrots, and apples to accommodate how many servings you'll need.  Place on a plate Add edamame and peanuts Dressing - Mix together vinegar, oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and ginger Place pouch of wild caught salmon on top of the salad Pour dressing mix on top.

HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut up the cabbage, carrots, and apples to accommodate how many servings you’ll need.
  • Toss and place on a plate
  • Add edamame and peanuts
  • Dressing – Mix together vinegar, sesame oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and ginger
  • Place pouch of wild caught salmon on top of the salad
  • Pour dressing mix on top.

I like that this recipe is easily adjustable. You can make it for one, up to 4 as is, or even more. It’s fast, easy, and for when you don’t want to turn your oven on in the summer. Enjoy!

Recipe Adjustments for Asian Salmon Salad:

  • Add sesame seeds 
  • Substitute rice vinegar for white vinegar
  • Add soy sauce (a little goes a long way)
  • Use salmon fillets cut into bite size pieces
  • Add cucumber for a bit of crunch
  • Add mandarin oranges for an added citrus flavor
  • Add other flavors, ingredients, and seasonings like honey, garlic, cilantro, mint, or chilli peppers, purple cabbage, kale, drizzle extra virgin olive oil, etc

Serve it in bowls or on a dish of your choice, whichever you prefer.
