Healthy Homemade Coleslaw Dressing

What is coleslaw dressing made of?
INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED
- 1/2 cup plain organic Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBSP organic white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1 TBSP horseradish mustard
- Cabbage. I used green cabbage but you can use purple cabbage a cabbage mixture or broccoli slaw.
- Shredded carrots are an option as well.
Here are the instructions
- Shred your cabbage with a box grater or slice it thinly with a knife. You can also use a bag of shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix from the store
- Mix the above ingredients in a bowl for the dressing
- Toss the dressing and the cabbage together
- Serve immediately or let stand for 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
This makes the perfect side dish with burgers or BBQ.

You can swap out the plain greek yogurt for mayonnaise or you can change up the ingredients for your flavor and taste. Some ideas include mayo, dijon mustard, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, black pepper, kosher salt, sour cream, and even vegetables.
