  • 1 can corn
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • Optional Ingredients include
  • 16 oz. crawfish
  • grilled sausage

I placed the Jalapeno Chowder Mix, corn, 1 1/2 cups water, and 2 cups skim milk in my Instant Pot.  The only amendment I made so far was that I used frozen corn instead of a can of corn.

Another option was to add sausage.  I bought Simple Truth Italian Chicken Sausage Links, and I sliced them up.

If you really like the flavor of jalapenos you can add sliced jalapeno peppers or store-bought pickled jalapenos to the top before serving.
