  4. I’m not really sure how the command hook works, but your mantle looks a lot like mine. I must have done some serious cleaning last year because all my special mantle lights are missing. But I did get the tree up and the lights wrapped around the railing.
    The green velcro is so simple yet so brilliant. Unfortunately I threw away my garland lights too. Here I come Amazon.

  7. Such good ideas, I especially like the hook and loop fastening idea for the staircase, I usually use sewing thread doubled up but it is SO fiddly!
