- ½ C. Parmesan cheese

Here are the instructions
Wash the lettuce and pull of spine, tear into bite size pieces, and place into a large bowl.
In a measuring cup, mix together the following ingredients for the dressing.
- ½ tube of anchovy paste
- 1 t. minced garlic
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
- ½ C. olive oil
- 1 egg
- ½ t. salt
- ¼ t. ground mustard
- ¼ t. black pepper

Pour the dressing over lettuce, add ½ C. Parmesan cheese.
Toss and serve.

You can serve just like this, or you can add some rotisserie chicken if you like. It makes a quick and healthy meal.
