5 Easy DIY Makeovers
I had some items laying around that I wanted to give a little “wow” factor too. Using some Main Street Decals I could easily complete 5 DIY Makeovers!

Here are the decals I wanted to use to update and makeover my different items. Most of the time people think of decals for their walls, doors, & cars. When I see them I think about all of the possibilities – lamp shades, windows, canvas art, furniture… The great thing about these decals is that you can easily remove them and change them up.

Glass Block Nightlight
I took a glass block that I had on hand. You can easily get these from craft stores. I added a dollar store strand of lights to the the inside.
I added the “Follow Your Dreams” decal to the glass block.
Here’s the completed night light and I love it. Place this anywhere in your home and share the inspiration.
Sun Catcher or Wall Art
I picked up this cabinet door from the clearance section at IKEA for just a couple dollars. (Yes they have a clearance section 
) You could also use a picture frame with the back reomoved for this project as well.
I cleaned the glass first, then I added the decal “Hope is an Anchor for the Soul” to the glass.
I can place this in a window as a sun catcher or hang it on my wall.
Repurpose A Jar
This was an old pickle jar that I took the label off of and cleaned it out. I added butterfly decals to the outside, and added battery operated fairy lights to the inside.
I love how it turned out! Now I just need to update the lid of this jar. Any ideas?
Update A Plain Container
I added these fun decals to a plain galvanized container on all 4 sides.
Now it’s ready to be filled with fun items and given as a gift, or I can use it in my home.
Update A Mirror
I had this wrought iron mirror that I felt needed a little something to it. I added some flower decals for spring and summer. Remember they come off easy too – so I can change this up for the other seasons as well.

Love the butterfly with the lights. That would be such a cute centerpiece for an outdoor party, if and when we can ever throw parties again. haha

Great ideas! Whenever I go to Dollar Tree, I check for new decals! Like your variety of objects. I tried one on a breadboard but the surface was not smooth enough for it to work. My glass French doors may get some new details!

What a great way to dress up items around the home. They look great. I have a glass block with lights that I stored away. I am going to go dig that out and use some decals I purchased at Dollar Tree and do what you did to yours. Thanks for sharing.
