Easy DIY Plastic Bag Holder
I took repurposed a bleach wipe container into a plastic bag holder. It’s affordable, easy, cleans up all of those messy bags, and re-purposes a container you might have recycled. This project is adaptable for trash bags as well.

Remove the label from an old container and clean it up.

I applied the wall sticker to the container. You could also use shelf liner, wall paper, paint, or any stickers you like

Next I added letter stickers which is an optional step. You could also just write it on there.

Now it’s time to add your bags. We have just stuffed them in there and pulled them out. If you are looking for a great tutorial on now to fold them and get them to pull out nicely go here:

Put the lid back on and pull one up towards the top.

Close the lid and store it.

I have several of these now and here are some locations of where we store ours:
- In all bathrooms
- In the kitchen
- In cars
- In bedrooms or where ever you have other trashcans for easy access.

Chas, this is great. I’ve made a plastic bag dispenser from a tissue holder before, but this would hold up so much better! And of course I have lots of wipe containers right now.
Thanks so much for joining the Grace at Home party at Imparting Grace. I’m featuring you this week!
Thank you so much Richella and thank you for the feature! I use them everywhere… car, kitchen, bathroom, etc. They’ve been great!
