  • I box Funfetti Cake Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil

Depending on where you live, for example, I’m at a high altitude so I add 1/4 cup of flour.

1. Place the 2 eggs, and oil into a mixing bowl

2.  Add the cake mix and stir until thoroughly mixed together.

I use a 1 Tablespoon cookie scoop and you can make larger cookies if you like. This will approximately make 32 cookies.

My aunt always said lightly drop the pan onto the counter to help the cookies set. Then let them cool completely before trying to remove them from the tray.
