Fireflies and Cattails

Growing up in Minnesota I remember the beautiful fireflies and trying to catch them.  I re-purposed an old apple cider jug by adding some cattails and lights  to remind me of the fireflies I grew up with.

    1. You are so sweet Kate, thank you. I’m so sad that you haven’t seen them in a couple years, wonder what the change is? Our climate here in Colorado is so dry that we just don’t have them. Once and a great while when we go to the mountains you get lucky enough to see them.

  3. Love these cattails. These are looking so unique and antique. I used to play with fireflies in childhood.
