💃 30 Years of Dance

I wanted to share a little piece of my heart with you this week. The dance company I perform with (High Performance Dance Theatre) is celebrating its 30th Anniversary!

Dance has always been such a huge part of my life—it’s how I express myself, stay active, and connect with amazing people. I was completely honored when they asked me to reset one of the pieces that I choreographed, and it closes out the entire show.

It is a lot of work, but standing on that stage makes it all worth it. It reminds me that no matter how busy life gets, we have to make time for the things that light us up.
