I love the changing colors during the fall. Â I grew up in Minnesota and we had SO many beautiful colors. Â Now that I’m in Colorado we just don’t have nearly the colors other places have and I miss that. Â You can preserve the beauty from outside and use it in a craft. Â This project will cost almost nothing to make because you are using items just outside your door.
Fall is my favorite time of year. I love decorating seasonally and making things that I can leave up for 3 months of the year to celebrate. I have 3 different ways you can frame fall leaves – each one is simple to do and you can mix and match to get the look you want.
My washer and dryer are very well loved with our family of 4. Besides doing around 11 loads of regular laundry at a minimum every week (I know, right?!!!), it has to clean baseball gear, dance wear and costumes, pillows, blankets & bedding, and more. I figured it was about time to give it a little TLC and a deep cleaning to help them last.

Fall leaves are so beautiful, especially if you are lucky enough to live in a place where there are so many colors. Â I have preserved fall leaves so many different ways – drying them, ironing them in wax paper, and Mod Podge preserving them. Â After you do all the preserving what to do with them? Â This year I’m using some natural fall decor in my home. Â I have pinecones on my mantel, and I wanted to do something with leaves.
