Chas’ Crazy Stories – Married & Kids
Hi Friends!

I graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of the Arts, emphasis in Dance. I had both a dance and music scholarship. I sat in band next to my future husband. We were married after college and I began teaching dance at a local dance studio, Mountain Kids. I became both their artistic and executive dance director and was there for 24 years until I retired. I dance and toured with High Performance Dance Theatre whom I still dance with today.
Jim and I were together 4 years before getting married, and we enjoyed 3 more years together before kids. We took a trip to Europe for a couple weeks and when I got back I found out I was pregnant with my first baby, our daughter. Almost 4 years later we had our son. My daughter’s passion became dance and animals, and my son’s became karate, baseball, and now video games.
I love being a mom despite all of it’s ups and downs. My son has sensory processing disorder, and my daughter battled severe depression in high school. We have had the best times, several miles hiked, great trips, and memories built.
My daughter graduated and is attending CSU as a Zoology major.
