Body: Slide the patterned sock over the bottom of the bottle.

Beard: Cut a triangle of faux fur (or cut the fabric off a cheap stuffed animal) and glue it to the top third of the bottle.

Hat: Roll green felt into a cone shape and glue the edge. Place it over the top of the bottle, pulling it down slightly over the beard.

Nose: Glue the wooden bead right under the brim of the hat, nestled into the beard.

Decorate: Add a small ribbon or gold buckle to the hat for extra luck!
