For this recipe we will start with some canned tuna. Open the can of tuna and drain it completely. This is easy to do if you leave the lid on so that you can press down and get it fully drained.
Place the tuna in a large mixing bowl. Break the tuna up so there are no big chunks.
Add one container of plain non-fat Greek yogurt. You can add as much or as little as you want, depending on your taste. Mix it all together.
For this batch, I’ve added some chopped pickles, a little bit of Dijon mustard, and some pickle juice. I also added some salt, pepper and turmeric
Serve as a traditional sandwich on bread or serve with crackers, tortillas or as a lettuce wrap.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve or between servings. This is a great source of protein, has important omega-3, and wonderful fatty acids.
