  • hot glue gun

Instructions

  • CUT YARN AND PLACE IT ONTO THE HAT
  • HOT GLUE THE YARN ONTO THE HAT
  • DRAW A PUMPKIN FACE ON THE BACK OF ADHESIVE FELT
  • CUT OUT THE PUMPKIN FACE
  • PEEL THE BACKING OFF AND STICK THE FELT ONTO THE HAT.
