  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Start by cutting your spaghetti squash in half, and scoop out the seeds and center of the squash.
  • Place your spaghetti squash in an Instant Pot with 1/2 cup water.
  • Cook your spaghetti squash on manual for 12 minutes.
  • Test your squash to see if it’s done by sticking it with a fork. It will go in nice and easy if it’s cooked, and if it is too firm turn it back on for a few more minutes.
  • Scoop out the spaghetti squash in solid chunks, or by scraping with a fork to create a more noodle-like texture.
