I placed the Jalapeno Chowder Mix, corn, 1 1/2 cups water, and 2 cups skim milk in my Instant Pot. The only amendment I made so far was that I used frozen corn instead of a can of corn.
We decided to add the additional ingredients. I rinsed the package of crawfish.
Another option was to add sausage. I bought Simple Truth Italian Chicken Sausage Links, and I sliced them up.
I added the crawfish and sausage to the instant pot and mixed them in.
I placed the lid onto my Instant Pot and selected the soup setting.
After the timer was done, the soup was ready to be served.
