Ingredients
1small red cabbage
4Carrots
4Apples
1/4cupEdamame
1/4cupPeanuts
1/4cupWhite vinegar
Squeeze Lime juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Ginger to taste
1TablespoonSesame Oil
1pouch wild caught salmon
Instructions
Cut up the cabbage, carrots, and apples to accommodate how many servings you'll need.
Place on a plate
Add edamame and peanuts
Dressing - Mix together vinegar, oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and ginger
Place pouch of wild caught salmon on top of the salad
Pour dressing mix on top.
