OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS INCLUDE:– Mayonnaise– Tumeric– Dill Pickles or pickle juice– Cumin– Avocado– Mustard or Dijon mustard– Salt and Pepper
Simply drain your tuna, place it in a large mixing bowl, and break it up so there are no big chunks.
Add one container of plain non-fat Greek yogurt. You can add as much or as little as you want, depending on your taste. Mix it all together.
Then add any additional ingredients you'd like. For this batch, I’ve added some chopped pickles, a little bit of Dijon mustard, and some pickle juice. I also added some salt, pepper and turmeric.
