Today’s question – what is one of your hobbies and why? As you can tell from my blog I’m a creative type so one of my hobbies is creating things. One of my other hobbies – dancing. I just got cleared from my hip surgeon to begin strength training and working on flexibility to get back into my dancing. I’m excited about this and with my hip surgery I’m thinking of ways to build strength and be less hard on my body. I’m planning on starting with some Yoga and Pilates.
