Winter is coming, and I’ll admit I’m not a fan of the cold! How about you? With the holidays coming it’s time to make some easy homemade snowman candles for the holidays. What I like about these snowman candles (besides it’s easy & very affordable), is that you can keep it up even after the holidays. I keep a lot of my snowmen stuff up and out until it’s time for spring decorating. Â
I have made several of these light up canvas art pieces and I’ll be doing a new one for an upcoming Hometalk Live show. I am posting the journey towards my Live show, and after the Live show I’ll post the final product here. It has been a process and journey to figure out just how to make the idea in my head come to life on the canvas. I’m sure that has happened to all of you as well right? You’ll see the whole process here, you can laugh and cry with me 🙂 Â
A little Rit Dye, some clothes pins, a wreath form, and a few finishing touches and you have a sunflower wreath. Inexpensive and easy to make!
I love making things that bring my family together. Â I am always looking for ways to preserve our kid’s growing up and the family we have made. Â This is easy art the whole family can create, and have a fingerprint keepsake.
