I found this wooden board at Target on clearance and knew I could upcycle and repurpose it in some way. I decided to make a versatile recipe holder with it.

I had some of these clips on hand that came from the dollar store.

I added some E6000 glue to the back of the clip.

I pressed it onto the board and let it dry for 24 hours. I realize a board with a picture frame style back isn't something that's easy to find. You can use this same concept with a picture frame. Put a decorative picture inside and add the clip to the glass.

  6. Very cool! I think one of the most challenging things for me, is keeping a recipe easily accessible while I’m cooking. It sounds dumb, but I typically may throw a towel over a recipe, or cover it with a pan lid as I’m rummaging through a cabinet. So this is an excellent solution!

If you are on mobile, it’s the same in the posts/projects, and on the home page, it’s towards the top – you’ll see my logo, then my latest 3 projects, then the sign up. If that is too complicated. you can email me through this link https://chascrazycreations.com/contact-me/ with your email address you want to use and I can manually sign you up 🙂
